Petitioners renew their prayer for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits bail prayer of the petitioners was rejected in July, 2022.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure implicate the petitioners in the crime. Their bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. There is no change in circumstances since then.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
