Petitioners pray for anticipatory bail.

The de facto complainant claims that she was administered poison forcibly by the petitioners. The medical examination report of the de facto complainant corroborates administration of poison into her.

Considering the materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners in the offences alleged, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 4389 of 2022 is dismissed.
