Perused the case diary.

Although the petitioners allege that there are case and counter case and both sides received injuries, considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the grievous injury received in one of the victim's eyes, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
