It is submitted by the learned counsel for the private respondent no.5 that bills for job completed by his client have remained unpaid due to the pendency of the instant writ petition. Counsel for the WBSEDCL submits and concurs with the submissions of the counsel for the petitioner that the claims in the writ petition are entirely a private dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent.

The WBSEDCL, has nothing to do with it.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition shall stand dismissed with liberty, however, reserved to the petitioner to file civil proceedings in respect of any cause of action against the private respondent, if maintainable.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
