Mr. Mobaidur Hossain ... for respondent No. 3 Heard learned advocates appearing for the parties and considering their submissions I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition being WPA 20534 of 2023 by granting liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation before the Registrar General of Marriage/respondent No. 5 for redressal of the grievances raised in this writ petition and the petitioner may treat this writ petition as a representation and file the same before the respondent No. 5 within a week from date and the respondent No,. 5 shall consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her authorised representatives within a period of six weeks from the date of such representation and shall communicate such decision to the petitioner within two weeks from taking such decision.
