This Court has considered the instructions dated 28th September 2022 from the District Inspector of Schools (SE), South 24-Parganas addressed to the learned State Advocate as regards the compliance of this Court's order and the same is taken on record.

Mr. Md. Sarwar Jahan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was never a single teacher in the school.

He may take appropriate steps in that regard in accordance with law.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
