Since the innocuous prayer of the petitioners is for expeditious disposal of the proceeding being C. Case No. 1411 of 2020 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite parties.

The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the matter. It appears that the matter is pending since 2020. In view of the above, the learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. The revisional application being CRR 3558 of 2024 is disposed of.
