S/L The case of the petitioners in this matter is similar to a matter being WPA 5505 of 2022 (Soham Roy Choudhury & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.) In paragraph 20 of the writ application it has been pleaded by the petitioners that untrained candidates were given appointment and though they are now qualified in respect of 2014 TET after getting six mark, they should be given appointment as trained candidates. This matter is similar to another matter decided by this court being WPA 5505 of 2022. This matter also will be treated as similar on the basis of the observations and directions given by this court in the said WPA 5505 of 2022.

With this observation and direction this writ application is allowed.
