Affidavit of service filed by the petitioners be taken on record.

The petitioners complain that though their land was acquired sometime in 1987 no compensation has been granted to them till date. The petitioners submitted a representation before the respondent no. 3 on 20th August, 2018 ventilating their grievance, but said representation has not been considered till date. The petitioners pray for a direction upon the authority to consider such representation.

Having considered the submissions made on behalf of the parties and material on record, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioners dated 20th August, 2018 within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order after granting an opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties including the petitioners, in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, WPA 19022 of 2019 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to be not admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
