Case No. 99 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023 under Sections 498A/304B/120B IPC pending before the learned CJM, Paschim Bardhaman, Asansol.

Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is stated to be on regular bail. Suicidal death of the deceased is an admitted fact. There are some allegation regarding harassment, torture, etc. meted out to the deceased at the behest of the present petitioner but all those are at the fringe.

Charge-sheet is stated to have been filed.

Regard being had to facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioner, nature of allegation and completion of investigation, it is directed that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Paschim Bardhaman, Asansol within 15 days from today in the G.R. case arising out of aforesaid P.S. case. 5.

On her appearance and application for bail the petitioner shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

The learned CJM, Paschim Bardhaman, Asansol is directed to act upon the server copy of this order, if required. 7.

Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed. 8.
