It appears from the report that pursuant to the orders of the Magistrate, Howrah, the investigation into the FIR No. 134 of 2017 dated May 17, 2017 under Sections 279/304A of the IPC that resulted in Liluah PS FRT No. 275 of 2017 dated 20.12.2017 was directed to be reopened and further investigation was ordered. Accordingly, a new Investigating Officer, one Sri Bablu Kumar Sarkar of Fatal Cell, HPC was appointed. The investigation commenced afresh and was completed again and a final report being Liluah PS FRT No. 54 of 2020 dated 09.03.2022 under Section 279/304A of the IPC

has been filed before the learned ACJM, Howrah.

This Court is satisfied that investigation has been conducted in accordance with law and there is no scope of transfer to any other agency.

A copy of the report of the Liluah Police Station dated 25.04.2022 has been made over to the counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner may obtain a copy of the second FRT dated 09.03.2022 from the Court of the learned ACJM, Howrah.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
