The President, Medical Board for Commandant, Command Hospital, Kolkata, has filed a report dated October 30, 2023, which is taken on record.

It appears from the report that the petitioner has been found medically fit in Anemia Hemoglobin 14.2 g/dl.

In those circumstances, the petitioner is declared medically fit for recruitment of 2022 to the post of Constable (GD) in the CAPF.

The respondents shall process the petitioner's application further and subject to compliance/ fulfillment of any other requirements/rules, shall be recruited as Constable (GD) in the CAPF, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
