Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State files status report in compliance to order dated 01.07.2022. Let it be kept with the record. She submits that report in final form has been submitted upon completion of investigation. It appears from the aforesaid report dated 10.07.2022 submitted by Burrabazar P.S. that upon completion of investigation the case has been declared as civil in nature and report in final form vide No. 136 of 2016 dated 31.12.2016 has been submitted before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta on 27.11.2017. It is further found from the report that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

In the aforesaid backdrop, the present revision has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.

All connected applications also stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
