Without entering into the allegation, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the seventh respondent - Zonal Manager, Punjab National Bank - to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law, after conducting a thorough inquiry to ascertain proper facts. A reasoned order shall be passed at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order and the same shall be communicated to the parties forthwith.

It will be open for the said respondent to call for records from the respective parties as and when required.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
