Learned advocate for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the information which was furnished to the police authorities on or about 23.05.2025 was not acted upon.

Learned advocate for the private respondent no.4 submits that a Title Suit is pending being T.S. No. 122/2025.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Bolpur PS Case no. 413/25 dated 15.09.2025 has been registered for investigation against the private respondent no.4.

In view of the steps being taken by the police authorities, further directions in the writ petition are unwarranted.

Accordingly, WPA 20725 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
