The said order is an appellable one.

Learned advocate appearing for the privaterespondent submits that one of the encroachers has already preferred an appeal under Appeal Case No. 23 of 2025.

Since an appeal lies against the order impugned under the relevant statute, this Court is not inclined to entertain this instant writ petition. Writ petition stands dismissed as not entertained leaving the petitioners free to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
