Pursuant to the order dated 22.07.2022, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report wherein the Inspector-in-Charge Raghunathpur Police Station, Purulia has reported that Raghunathpur Police Station Case No.81 of 2003 dated 28.12.2003 ended in charge-sheet against two accused persons under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal Code and the case was committed to the court of sessions being the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Raghunathpur Court which was renumbered as (SC No.146/13, GR No.371/2003). It has also pointed out that all the charge-sheeted accused persons were acquitted from the case.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record. The present revisional application was preferred challenging the continuance of the proceedings of G.R. Case No.371 of 2003 corresponding to Raghunathpur Police Station Case No.81 dated 28.12.2003 under Sections 413/414 of the Indian Penal

Code.

In view of the report so submitted by the Inspector-inCharge of Raghunathpur Police Station, I am of the opinion that the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, CRR 2962 of 2005 is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
