The petitioner seeks transfer. A representation is pending consideration before the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

Without going into the merits of the said representation, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education to consider the said application for transfer in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the application for transfer along with all documents in support of her prayer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
