1. The affidavit-of-service as filed on behalf of the writ petitioner is taken on record.

2. On behalf of the alleged contemnor one report is filed by Mr. Batabyal, learned Advocate duly led by Mr. Bandyopadhyay and the same is taken on record.

3. On careful perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court including the report dated 27.10.2025 as submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor this Court finds sufficient compliance on the part of the alleged contemnor regarding the order dated 02.05.2025 as passed by this Court in WPA 8701 of 2025.

4. With the aforementioned observation, CPAN 1513 of 2025 is disposed of.
