The petitioner complains that the private respondents are interfering with his cultivation work on his land. The private respondents are also preventing the petitioner from using a pathway. He has complained to the SDO who has forwarded the complaint to the BDO.

The Egra Police Station, Purba Medinipur has submitted a report dated 12.04.2023, which is taken on record.

It appears that the petitioner and the private respondents are co-sharers in the land. It is also submitted that there are some disputes between the petitioner and the private respondents in relation to the land.

This Court is of the view that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents is purely civil in nature and appropriate civil or statutory remedies may be sought by the petitioner.

The Egra Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area. 6.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
