The petitioner submits that he has served all the respondents. Today he is not ready with the copy of the affidavit of service and undertakes to file the affidavit of service by tomorrow (01.07.2021).

The petitioner has also filed an application for addition of parties being CAN 1 of 2017 (Old No.

CAN No.

10619 of 2017) which is, accordingly, allowed as per prayer made in the application for addition of parties.

The grievance of the petitioner is against sitting tight over the objection of the petitioner dated 6th June, made before the respondent Land Acquisition Collector, Tamluk,

Purba Medinipore against the under valuation of the land in question belonging to the petitioner being annexure P-6 to the writ petition.

It is the case of the petitioner that he is aggrieved by the order of determination of valuation of land in question and the action of the respondent Land Acquisition Collector sitting tight over the said objection being annexure P-6 to the writ petition.

Considering the submission of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Land Acquisition Collector, Tamluk, Purba Medinipore to consider and dispose of the aforesaid objection dated 6th May, 2017 being annexure P-6 to the writ petition in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representatives within 8 weeks from date and to communicate his decision to the petitioner within 2 weeks thereafter.

The respondent Land Acquisition Collector, Tamluk, Purba Medinipore, while disposing the aforesaid representation, will act strictly in accordance with law.

Let it be recorded that this court has not gone into the merits of this case.

The writ petition WPA 21881 of 2017 and the connected application CAN 1 of 2017 (Old No: CAN 10619 of 2017) are, accordingly, disposed of.
