Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the amounts-in-question have already been disbursed to the petitioner and a calculation sheet has been handed over to the petitioner. Although, otherwise, the grievance of the petitioner in the contempt application has been mitigated, it is contended that the petitioner may be given liberty to challenge the calculations, if so required.

Upon a perusal of the compliance report, as well as hearing the submissions of the parties, it is evident that the cause of action for the contempt has

since been mitigated by compliance of the order of this Court by the alleged contemnors.

Hence, WPCRC 96 of 2023 is discharged without any order as to costs. The contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner, in the event any subsequent cause of action arises for challenging the calculations or otherwise, to prefer an appropriate writ petition on such score.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
