Col, President Medical Board for Commandant, Command Hospital (EC) has submitted a report dated 6th March, 2024 indicating that the petitioner is medically fit for Haemmorrhoide.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner is declared medically fit in the selection process to the post of Constable (GD) for the year 2022.

The respondents may process the petitioner's application in accordance with law and take all necessary steps within a period of one month from date. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
