The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education has already issued the appointment letter in favour of the petitioner as such, the grievance of the petitioner that there is delay in considering her prayer for compassionate appointment has been resolved.

In view of such development, no further order need be passed in the present matter.

W.P.A. 20935 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
