The present petition has been filed for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 2291 of 2019 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, (Fast Track - II) at Barasat, District - North 24 Parganas to the Court of competent jurisdiction under learned District Judge, Alipore.

Learned counsel appearing for the opposite party submits on instruction at the outset had submitted that without prejudice to the contentions / averments made in the petition and without prejudice to the contentions to be taken by the opposite party in the appropriate proceedings the present Matrimonial Suitt No. 2291 of 2019 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, (Fast Track - II) at Barasat, District - North 24 Parganas may be transferred to the competent jurisdiction under the learned District Judge at Alipore.

In view of the submissions made the Matrimonial Suit No. 2291 of 2019 is withdrawn from the learned Additional District Judge, (Fast Track - II) at Barasat, District - North 24 Parganas and assigned to the Court of competent jurisdiction under learned District Judge, Alipore.

However, it is made clear that this court has not gone into the merits of the case. 1 Transferor Court is directed to send the entire record to the transferee Court within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. A copy of the order also be sent to the Court of learned Additional District Judge, (Fast Track - II) at Barasat, District - North 24 Parganas and learned District Judge, Alipore. for necessary compliance.

Parties are directed to appear before the transferee Court on 10.6.2025.

The matter stands disposed of along with all connected pending applications.
