GP, Mr. Sudipto Panda, Mr. Tirthankar Dey ...for the State By reason of typographical errors, the words 'along with his daughter, who is aged about seven years' in the second paragraph, the words 'and daughter' in the third paragraph and the words 'and the child' in the first line of internal page two of the order dated 10th September, 2025 had been erroneously incorporated. Office is directed to delete the above words in the second and third paragraphs of the order dated 10th September, 2025.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate appearing for the State respondents submits that the missing lady had already been recovered. Let the documents, as placed, be kept on record.

Such fact has not been disputed by Mr. Maity, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. In view thereof, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties.
