A copy of the said reasoned order dated January 29, 2024 has been handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to proceed with this contempt application any further.

Accordingly, CPAN 1145 of 2023 is disposed of granting liberty upon the petitioner to challenge the said reasoned order dated January 29, 2024.

Let a copy of the reasoned order dated January 29, 2024 passed by the Director of Public Instructions, West Bengal be kept on record.
