The attention of this Court is drawn to the previous Order of this Court dated 21st December, 2021.

It transpires from the Order dated 21st December, 2021 that the petitioner was permitted to file a comprehensive Affidavit-of-Service on the next date fixed, i.e. today.

However, neither is the petitioner present to support the Contempt Application nor, this Court is informed of the steps taken in compliance of its previous Order dated 21st December, 2021.

Accordingly, CPAN 1141 of 2019 stands

dismissed.

However, the dismissal of the Contempt Application shall not prevent the Alleged Contemnors/the Respondents to the writ petition from taking steps in accordance with the terms of the Judgment and Order dated 6th March, 2019 in MAT 690 of 2018.
