The order dated 26th July, 2023 passed by the Learned Executive Magistrate is altered to the extent that instead of the direction being restricted to the present petitioner (o.p. referred to in the order dated 26.7.2023), the same should apply to both the parties i.e., petitioner and the o.p.

The order should be restricted only to the issues relating to breach of peace.

The officer-in-charge Sinthee P.S. would supervise the same. No issues relating to the property/premises would be interfered with either by the Learned Executive Magistrate or the officer-in-charge of the concerned P.S. With the above observations, CRR 3185 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of.
