1. Report filed by the State be kept with the records.

2. The report states that the trial could be concluded in 3/4 months.

3. Five witnesses have already been examined.

4. We have seen the depositions of these witnesses.

5. Prima facie, there are serious incriminating materials against this petitioner who appears to have stabbed the victim, a 17year-old boy.

6. We are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer at this stage.

7. Accordingly, CRM (DB) 2742 OF 2024, is dismissed.

8. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after four months.

9. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. 10.

Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
