It appears from the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that the unauthorized construction complained of has been regularized by the Special Officer (Building), Kolkata Municipal Corporation, and that the petitioner is aggrieved by the same. 2.

The correctness and the legality of the order passed by the Special Officer cannot be adjudicated by this Court. The order of the Special Officer is an appealable one. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent forum for relief.

CPAN No.1147 of 2023 is thus disposed of.
