The report submitted by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 3rd Court, Calcutta dated 23.8.2023 through the learned Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Calcutta be kept with the record.

It transpires that the present petitioner being the accused herein in GR 1140/2009 has expired and a death report to that effect was submitted by the police before the learned trial court on 23.8.2023. the said report be kept with the record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.
