1. The writ petitioners complain that the private respondents are disturbing possession and peaceful enjoyment of his land. He has approached the Police but the Police have not taken any step.

2. Counsel for the State submits that the Haroa Police have taken out proceeding under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C.

3. The petitioners may obtain civil or statutory remedies against the private respondents in accordance with law.

4. The writ petition is disposed of.

5. There will be no order as to costs.
