1. Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners were involved in transporting narcotics that is ganja over 30 kgs in a truck.

3. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials on record and statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners on the score of delay.

4. However, we note charge has been framed and date has been fixed for recording evidence.

5. Under such circumstances, we request the learned Trial Court to conclude the trial at an early date without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
