Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay ......for the State Learned counsel for the respondent company has placed an order dated 22nd December, 2021 passed in WPA 13872 of 2021, wherein a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has been passed to grant installment to pay the gratuity amount as due to the petitioner herein.

Considering the financial condition of the respondent no. 7 company herein, at this stage, it is directed that the respondent no. 7 shall pay the outstanding gratuity along with interest due, to the petitioner herein in 7 equal monthly installments. Fraction, if any, be paid with the last installment.

The first installment be paid by the 15th September, 2025 and subsequent installments be paid by the 15th of each succeeding month.

Writ application stands disposed of.
