Under such circumstances, condition of anticipatory bail imposed on the petitioner not to leave the jurisdiction of Ratua P.S and to report to the Officer in charge of Ratua P.S once in a week are waived.

However, petitioner shall appear before the court below on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate witnesses or tamper with evidences in any manner whatsoever.
