Case No. 2857 of 2012 has been disposed of on 24th October, 2019 whereby the petitioner was not acquitted upon the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and has filed a copy of the aforesaid order. Let the said supplementary affidavit be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly disposed of.

The petitioner is present in Court today. His personal appearance is noted and dispensed with.
