Despite notice none appears for the respondents nor any accommodation has been sought for.

Mr.

Debnarayan Banerjee, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition on technical ground.

Such leave is granted.

The writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn. However, on the self-same cause of action if the company, whose cause has been espoused through the writ petition through an individual, is still available in law, the appropriate entity or person can file a fresh writ petition to espouse its cause.

Thus, WPA 19487 of 2013 stands withdrawn with the liberty mentioned above.
