A report has been submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Khardah Police Station which reflects that the accused persons have been acquitted on 7.5.2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Barrackpore in connection with P. S. Case No. 98 of 1995 dated March 15, 1995.

In view of the aforesaid, no order is required to be passed on merits of the case as the revisional application was preferred for expeditious disposal.

Accordingly, CRR 2739 of 2012 is disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
