1. We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner and the learned advocates for the respondents.

2. The petitioner by way of this public interest writ petition seeks for a direction upon the respondent nos.1, 2 and 3 to restrain the private respondent nos.4 and 5 not to pressurize the petitioner to withdraw the written representation and to take necessary action. The other prayer sought for is to cause further investigation on the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2024 and restrain the private respondents from illegal activities and illegal building that may collapse at any point of time which may risk the life of the local persons.

3. Identical relief was sought for by another writ petition filed by Mr. Khalique Al Jamal in WPA(P) 252 of 2024 in which the very same learned advocate appeared for the writ petitioner and by order dated 04.07.2024 the writ petition was dismissed.

4. If the petitioner is being threatened by any private party, it will be well open to the petitioner to approach the police authorities by way of a complaint which will be dealt with in accordance with law.

5. However, the prayer to take action cannot be taken as similar relief was rejected in the earlier writ petition referred above.
