The petitioner prays for consideration of the representation dated 15th April, 2024 pending before the Chairman, DPSC, Paschim Medinipur.

Without going into the merits of the said representation, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, DPSC, Paschim Medinipur to consider the same in accordance with law, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 15th April, 2024 along with all documents in support of his prayer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
