Despite service of notice, the private respondents are not represented. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

The petitioner complains that the private respondents continue to harass and intimidate the petitioner's entry into their house.

It is submitted that the private respondents obstructed the ingress and egress of their property. Counsel for Kasba Police Station submits that suitable warnings have been issued to the private respondents.

It is ordered that the proceedings under Sections 107 and 116(C) of the Code of Criminal Procedure be taken out by Kasba Police Station against the private respondents. Any civil rights that the petitioner or the private respondents have against each other may be agitated before an appropriate civil forum.

Kasba Police Station shall maintain a regular vigil over the area and ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the locale.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
