The petitioner complains that the private respondents/older brothers are interfering with the peaceful enjoyment of his land. The petitioner submits that the land is located in a different Dag number.

The Mongalkote Police Station has submitted a report dated 02.09.2022, which is taken on record. 3.

The remedy of the petitioner is before an appropriate civil or statutory forum. The police cannot enter into the land dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.

The Mongalkote Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
