1. The matter has been listed under the caption 'To Be Mentioned'.

2. It is submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the appellants that in the cause title of the judgment and order dated 18th June, 2025 the name of the appellant no. 1 has been wrongly recorded as 'AHOK CHAKRABORTY' instead of 'ASHOK CHAKRABORTY'.

This being an inadvertent mistake, the same stands corrected and instead of 'AHOK CHAKRABORTY', the same shall be substituted as 'ASHOK CHAKRABORTY'.

3. Department is directed to make necessary correction in the said judgment and order dated 18th June, 2025 and this order shall form part of the judgment and order dated 18th June, 2025.

4. The other portions of the said judgment and order dated 18th June, 2025 shall stand unaltered.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
