Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the department concerned of the Barrackpore Sub-Divisional Court in providing the petitioner certified copy of the relevant document by his application dated 24th February, 2023 being annexure P/1 to the writ petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case the Registrar, Barrackpore Sub Divisional Court, North 24 Parganas, is directed to see that the certified copy of the documents in question is furnished to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of communication of this order subject to

compliance of any other formalities by the petitioner if it is required.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 20603 of 2023 is disposed of . (Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
