Mukherjee, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3, submits that the Service Book of the petitioner has been updated and it has been handed over to the petitioner. He further submits that the school authorities have sent all relevant papers relating to the provident fund account of the petitioner to the concerned District Inspector of Schools(SE). Mr. Sen, learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute such submission of Mr. Mukherjee. WPA 20972 of 2022 is disposed of directing the concerned District Inspector of Schools to send all the relevant papers relating to the Provident Fund account of the petitioner expeditiously to the concerned Treasury Office.

There shall be no order as to costs.
