It has been clarified before this Court that if students from Singhania University submit online applications, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

Learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that several students of Singhania University have already submitted their online applications before the West Bengal Nursing Council, and there is no difficulty in making such applications. In view of the above, there is no justification for keeping this contempt application pending.

The petitioners in this contempt application shall be at liberty to file online applications within a period of two weeks from date. If such online

applications are filed, the same shall be considered by the West Bengal Nursing Council in terms of the order dated November 22, 2023.

Accordingly, WPCRC 135 of 2025 stands disposed of.
