The writ petition is heard in presence of the leaned advocates representing the petitioner, State respondents and West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is working in Dubrajpur Sree Sree Sarada Vidyapith which is under Sree Sree Ramkrishna Ashram, Baranagar.

It is further contended on behalf of the petitioner that since petitioner is working in a school under Sree Sree Ramkrishna Ashram, Baranagar, Kolkata he could not make application for transfer on Utsashree Portal. However, on perusal of the

averments made in paragraphs 16 and 17 of the writ petition it transpires that when and how petitioner made endevour to make application for transfer on the designated portal has not been disclosed. Petitioner has also not made application for transfer offline.

In absence of transfer application it appears that the grievance of the petitioner cannot be redressed by presenting this writ petition.

Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
