Sarwar Jahan Mr. Asif Mehdi Ms. Mousumi Mitra ..for the respondent no.2 After receiving the report in the form of affidavit affirmed on 31st January, 2023 and special paragraph 2 (f) of the said report, I allow this application and direct the authorities to allow the petitioner to continue her service till 65 years of age without any break of service because she does not have any responsibilities in such break of service if there is any and she will get her full honorarium as was given to her before attaining the age of sixty till her retirement. The mistake is to be rectified by 14th February, 2023.

However, it is made clear that this order is

mandatory and it is expected that no violation of this order will take place.

With this observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
