Report dated 14.05.2022 submitted by Superintendent of Police, Baruipur Police District be kept on record. The said report reflects that supplementary chargesheet has been filed before the jurisdictional court. The present revisional application has been preferred for quashing of the proceedings relating to Narendrapur Police Station Case No. 1084 of 2019 dated 11.08.2019 wherein the investigating authority, after completion of investigation, submitted charge-sheet and supplementary charge-sheet. The issues so raised in this application relate to truth or falsity of the allegations as also the fact that within a short span of time, at least seven cases were instituted amongst the parties.

As the investigating agency has already completed investigation in each of the cases and charge-sheet has been

submitted before the jurisdictional court, I am of the opinion that without assessing the oral evidence in each of the cases, it would not be possible to come to a finding in view of the nature of allegations made therein. However, for the ends of justice, it is directed that all the seven cases be tried by one and the same court one after another. As such, no interference is called for at this stage.

With the aforesaid directions, the revisional application being CRR 2896 of 2019 is disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

The Officer-in-Charge, Narendrapur Police Station is present in Court. His personal appearance stands dispensed with.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
